Built by a builder tired of the takeoff grind.

JobReadyIQ exists because bidding a residential set should not take three days of human time. Plans haven’t fundamentally changed in decades — it’s the tools that are overdue.

One operator. No team-of-50 theater.

JobReadyIQ is built by a single founder-operator. That isn't a limitation we're hiding — it's the design philosophy. Every line of code, every product decision, every customer email goes through one head. Decisions move fast, and they don't get diluted.

The product started as a tool for solving one operator's bidding pain. It got good enough that other contractors asked to use it. Now it's growing, but the bar stays the same: if it doesn't make an estimator's day measurably easier, it doesn't ship.

“I built the thing I needed. Then I made it easier for the next person to find it too.”

// principles

Four rules that shape every release.

01

Cite the sheet, every time

Every quantity, every code reference, every flag — pinned to the sheet and detail it came from. AI without citations is just a guess in a tuxedo.

02

Tell the truth about confidence

When something is ambiguous, we say so. We'd rather flag a 70%-confidence row than slap a wrong number into your bid.

03

Built for the field, not the office

If it doesn't survive a phone screen on a job-site morning, it doesn't ship. Every interaction designed for one-thumb use, gloves on, sun glaring.

04

Your plans are yours

Never used to train any model. Stored in infrastructure you can audit. Deletable on demand. The default isn't 'maybe we'll ask later.'
